Deliver me O Lord Jesus

Deliver me O Lord Jesus for sure,
That from the world I remain pure.
For in your name all sins and demons I reject,
While your Gospel and Cross I embrace and accept.

Give me your salvation and healing,
And take from each ill feeling.
Save me O Christ from the terror of the night,
And all vile things causing fright.

Send forth your angels holy and wise,
To protect me from evil which I despise.
Save me O Lord from all lying voices,
For in you my soul rejoices.

When I rest let me be safe and secure,
That I awaken to praise you for sure.
By your name Jesus, I rebuke my curses all,
Let none of them against me stand tall.

I pray that all evil plans and divination against me get caught,
And also that every spell directed towards me be brought to nought.
Cause O Lord Jesus that my accusers are made to be in silence,
And by God’s Spirit I be saved from all violence.
